Maintenance

At The Housing Service we cover basic day-to-day maintenance, this includes the following:

Loose handles, loose curtain poles, loose taps, gardens looked after, broken light switches and sockets. Generally anything that can be classed as day-to-day.

Things not covered

  • Boiler issues – unless its pressure and our maintenance operative can top it up
  • Electrical issues 
  • Gas Safety issues – i.e Boilers, radiators, hot water, etc
  • Structural – landlords responsibility 
  • Plumbing – broken pipes etc will be the responsibility of the landlord
